Questions, answered straight
Short version: we are a noticeboard, not a broker. You deal direct, and we never touch the money, the freight, or the dispute. Here is the detail.
For posting loads
A noticeboard for freight in Central Queensland: oversize, machinery and backloads. You post a load, carriers see it and contact you, and you deal with them directly. We are not a broker. We do not assign your load, quote on it, or take responsibility for the job. We just connect you.
Posting is free, always. We make our money from carrier subscriptions, not from your freight, so we never take a commission or clip the job.
When a carrier connects on your load, their phone number and email are revealed so you can talk directly and sort out price, timing and details between yourselves. A carrier can also send you a quote by SMS with their number attached.
No, and we are upfront about that. LoadLoop gets your load seen by carriers. It does not guarantee a carrier will take it or that a particular price will appear. Well-described loads on active lanes usually get interest quickly, but there is no guarantee.
We sight the documents a carrier provides when they sign up. We sight them, we do not verify or vet them, and being on LoadLoop is not our stamp of approval. You must satisfy yourself about any carrier before you hand over freight: ask for their insurance, licences and terms in writing.
No. LoadLoop does not insure any freight. Insurance is between you and the carrier. Always confirm the carrier's goods-in-transit or carrier's liability cover, and consider your own transit insurance, before the job goes ahead.
No. You and the carrier agree the price directly. We never see it, set it, or take a cut.
Directly between you and the carrier. LoadLoop never touches money: no escrow, no deposits, no processing. Agree payment terms with the carrier before pickup and get them in writing.
Because the contract is directly between you and the carrier, any dispute is resolved between the two of you, and your insurers if needed. LoadLoop is not a party to the job and cannot mediate, refund, or enforce it. Keep your agreement and any condition photos in writing.
Pickup and delivery towns, dates, dimensions and weight, whether it is oversize or needs a permit or escort, machinery make and model, access notes, and anything a driver needs to quote accurately. Better detail means better and faster carrier interest. The progress bar on the post form nudges you towards this.
Yes. Plenty of posters run regular lanes. Post each load as it comes up, and carriers you have worked with can contact you directly next time. One tap relists a finished load as a fresh draft.
No. Your details are shared with a carrier at the point they connect on your load, never published to the whole board.
For carriers and drivers
Pay one flat subscription and you can see and respond to every load on the board: oversize, machinery and backloads across Central Queensland. When you are interested, you get the poster's phone and email and deal with them directly. No commission, ever.
A flat monthly subscription, with no per-load fees and no commission. The first 100 carriers lock in $29.99 per month for life. After that the standard price is $100 per month. Your $29.99 rate stays $29.99 for as long as you keep your subscription active, even once the standard price applies.
Never. Unlike commission marketplaces, LoadLoop takes nothing from the load. What you agree with the shipper is 100% yours. Your only cost is the flat subscription.
Directly by the shipper. LoadLoop never touches the money: there is no escrow and no platform payment. Agree your rate and payment terms with the shipper directly, and put them in writing before you load.
We cannot guarantee load volume or that a particular load suits your gear. LoadLoop gives you access to what is posted and the ability to contact posters directly. It is a noticeboard, not a work guarantee. Set up load alerts so you see relevant loads fast.
Your business details and ABN, plus the documents we ask you to provide, such as insurance. We sight these, we do not verify or endorse them, and being on LoadLoop is not a stamp of approval from us. Shippers will do their own checks, so keep your paperwork current. Adding your insurance earns the Docs Sighted badge.
We sight what posters provide but do not verify posters or their loads. Confirm the job details, access, permits and payment terms directly with the poster before you commit. Treat a load post as a lead, not a confirmed booking.
You and the shipper, because you are contracting directly. LoadLoop is not a party to the job and does not manage, assign, or take responsibility for freight or Chain of Responsibility duties. Your usual legal and CoR obligations as the carrier apply.
It is resolved directly between you and the shipper. LoadLoop cannot mediate or enforce payment. Keep everything in writing, by email or SMS, so you have a record alongside any phone calls. If a shipper does not come through, you can flag a no-show on the load.
That is between you and the shipper. LoadLoop does not restrict it, but the shipper is contracting with you, so make sure they are across it, and your Chain of Responsibility obligations still apply.
Yes, anytime. Your founding $29.99 rate stays locked for as long as your subscription is active.
The one line that covers it
LoadLoop connects shippers and carriers. We never handle money, freight or disputes, and documents are sighted, not verified. Everyone deals direct and stays in control.
